Listing Studios Terms of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Listing Studios, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Accounts and Access

You are responsible for the accuracy of account information, for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, and for all activity under your account or workspace.

You must use Listing Studios only where lawful and only for app store accounts, apps, credentials, and content that you are authorized to manage.

3. Connected Store Accounts

If you connect App Store Connect, Google Play, or other publishing credentials, you authorize Listing Studios to use those credentials to perform actions you request, such as testing connections, preparing metadata, uploading screenshots, and submitting approved content.

You remain responsible for reviewing all content, settings, uploads, and submissions before and after they are sent to any store platform.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the app information, screenshots, images, text, credentials, and other content you provide. You grant Potato Studios Development LLC the permission needed to host, process, generate, transform, localize, render, export, and publish that content as part of providing Listing Studios.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload and use your content and that your content does not violate law, third-party rights, platform rules, or these terms.

5. Generated Content

Listing Studios may generate, translate, rewrite, or transform text and screenshots using automated systems or service providers. Generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular store submission. You are responsible for reviewing and approving content before using or publishing it.

6. Featured Template Submissions

If you opt in to be featured or submit a screenshot design for template review, you grant Potato Studios Development LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, copy, display, adapt, modify, create derivative templates from, distribute, and otherwise use the submitted screenshot designs, preview images, app name, app links, and related template settings in Listing Studios, template galleries, advertisements, promotional materials, and other marketing.

We may approve, reject, edit, extend, combine, rotate, group with similar templates, remove, or stop displaying featured submissions at any time. Featured placement, traffic, downloads, revenue, or other exposure is not guaranteed, and no compensation is owed unless separately agreed in writing.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit the screenshots, images, text, app names, and links for featured use and that the submission does not violate third-party rights, platform rules, or law.

7. Payments, Subscriptions, and Credits

Paid plans, subscriptions, account credits, renewals, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are handled according to the pricing and billing terms shown in the service at the time of the transaction. Payments are processed by Stripe or another payment provider we choose.

Account credits may be applied to eligible future transactions. Credits are not cash, may not be transferable, and may be limited by account status, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or service rules.

8. Prohibited Use

You may not use Listing Studios to break the law, infringe rights, abuse platform APIs, upload malicious content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation, evade payment, submit fraudulent transactions, or manage store accounts or projects you are not authorized to manage.

9. Disputes, Abuse, and Account Restrictions

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts or workspaces if we believe there is fraud, abuse, unauthorized use, payment failure, charge dispute activity, security risk, legal risk, or violation of these terms.

10. Third-Party Services

Listing Studios may integrate with third-party services such as Apple, Google, Stripe, Cloudflare, authentication providers, AI providers, and email or monitoring services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services, platform decisions, app review outcomes, account suspensions, or store policy enforcement.

11. No Guaranteed Store Approval

Listing Studios helps prepare and upload store listing material, but it does not guarantee App Store, Google Play, or any other platform approval, ranking, availability, revenue, or acceptance.

12. Service Changes and Availability

We may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue parts of Listing Studios at any time. We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

13. Disclaimer

Listing Studios is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potato Studios Development LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost revenue, app store rejection, platform enforcement, or business interruption.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last updated. Continued use of Listing Studios after changes means you accept the updated terms.
