Listing Studios helps users prepare app store listings, screenshots, localized text, and related publishing material. Because Listing Studios is an account-based web service, we collect and process information needed to provide accounts, save projects, generate content, process payments, and connect to app store publishing tools when you choose to use those features.

2. Information We Collect

A) Account Information

We may collect information such as your name, email address, workspace information, login provider identifiers, subscription plan, account status, and administrative account settings.

B) Project and Store Listing Information

We may collect and store the information you enter into Listing Studios, including app names, bundle identifiers, app descriptions, subtitles, keywords, support URLs, marketing URLs, release notes, screenshot text, screenshot templates, uploaded images, target platforms, target locales, and related project settings.

C) App Store and Google Play Connection Information

If you connect App Store Connect or Google Play credentials, we may store encrypted credential material or identifiers needed to perform the publishing actions you request. We use those credentials to test connections, prepare store data, upload approved assets, and perform related account actions you initiate.

D) Payment and Billing Information

Payments are processed by Stripe. We may store billing-related identifiers, subscription status, plan history, account credits, payment status, and transaction metadata. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

E) Technical and Usage Information

We may process technical information such as device type, browser type, IP address, request identifiers, timestamps, authentication status, errors, logs, feature usage, and security events to operate, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the service.

F) Communications

If you contact us, we may keep your contact information and the contents of the communication so we can respond to your request.

3. How We Use Information

We may use information to:

• create and manage user accounts, workspaces, subscriptions, and account credits,
• save and restore app store listing projects and screenshot settings,
• generate, translate, localize, render, export, and publish store listing material,
• connect to App Store Connect, Google Play, Stripe, Cloudflare, AI providers, and other service providers used to operate Listing Studios,
• process payments, subscription changes, billing events, refunds, credits, disputes, and account status changes,
• protect the service against abuse, fraud, unauthorized access, chargebacks, and policy violations,
• debug, monitor, analyze, maintain, and improve the service, and
• respond to support, legal, security, or account requests.

4. AI, Localization, and Generated Content

Listing Studios may use AI or automated services to generate, translate, review, or transform app store listing text and screenshot text. The source content you provide may be transmitted to service providers as needed to perform those requested features.

You are responsible for reviewing generated content before using, exporting, or publishing it.

5. Store Publishing Integrations

When you ask Listing Studios to publish or upload content, information may be transmitted to Apple, Google, or other platform providers. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies, which we do not control.

You are responsible for ensuring that the content and credentials you provide are accurate, authorized, and permitted for the app store accounts you connect.

6. Cookies and Authentication

Listing Studios may use cookies, session tokens, login provider data, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect your account, remember settings, and operate the service.

7. When We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information with service providers that help operate Listing Studios, including hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, AI, email, security, monitoring, and app store publishing providers. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to legal process, enforce terms, investigate abuse or disputes, or protect rights, safety, and security.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain business records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and protect the service. Some information may remain in backups, logs, caches, audit records, payment records, or security records for a limited time after deletion from active systems.

You may request account or project deletion by contacting us. Some billing, security, legal, or abuse-prevention records may be retained where permitted or required.

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No internet service can guarantee complete security, so you should use strong account credentials, protect connected store accounts, and only upload credentials or content you are authorized to use.
