Fairway Companion Account Deletion
You can delete cloud data or your entire account from the Me tab, or request deletion from this page.
How to Request Account Deletion
In the app, open Me, scroll to Account controls, and choose Delete Cloud Data or Delete Account. Deleting cloud data removes synchronized stats and related cloud records while leaving the account and local phone data. Deleting the account removes the account and associated Fairway Cloud data. Data stored only on your device can be removed by clearing the app's storage or uninstalling it.
If you cannot access the app, request account deletion by emailing [email protected] with the subject Fairway Companion Account Deletion and the email address used for the account. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing the request.
What Happens Next
When an account is deleted, we delete data associated with the account from Fairway Cloud, subject to limited retention required for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, backup cycling, or dispute resolution. Accepted course geometry corrections may remain as non-account course data after the source account is removed.
