App Vitals

2. Google Play and paid features

App Vitals may be distributed through Google Play and may offer paid content in the future. Google Play handles purchase processing, renewal, cancellation, refund requests, taxes, and payment credentials under Google's terms and account settings.

Potato Studios does not receive your full payment card number. Paid access may be tied to the Google account, device, or purchase status reported by Google Play.

3. License

Potato Studios grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use App Vitals on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.

4. Reports and credentials

You are responsible for the App Store Connect credentials, vendor information, reports, and settings you use with App Vitals. Only connect accounts and data you are authorized to access.

App Vitals presents information supplied by Apple and your device. You are responsible for verifying reports before relying on them for financial, tax, business, or publishing decisions.

5. Pre-release testing

Testing builds may contain unfinished features, defects, data resets, compatibility problems, and interruptions. Features shown in testing may change before public release.

6. Prohibited use

You may not use App Vitals to break the law, access accounts or reports without authorization, bypass platform protections, distribute modified copies, interfere with the app, or abuse testing, support, purchase, or refund systems.

7. Third-party services

App Vitals relies on or displays information from Apple, App Store Connect, Android, Google Play, and device platform services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Potato Studios does not control their availability, data, decisions, or platform rules.

8. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, App Vitals is provided "as is" and "as available." Potato Studios does not guarantee that reports, metrics, widgets, downloads, or third-party services will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potato Studios Development LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost data, revenue, profits, or opportunities; inaccurate reports; missed updates; or third-party platform decisions.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as App Vitals changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
