2. Google Play and paid features

Themis Legal Notebook may offer paid unlocks, subscriptions, or other paid content through Google Play. Google Play handles purchase processing, renewal, cancellation, refund requests, taxes, and payment credentials under Google's terms and account settings.

Potato Studios does not receive your full payment card number. Paid access may be tied to the Google account, device, or purchase status reported by Google Play.

3. License

Potato Studios grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Themis Legal Notebook on devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.

4. Legal work, AI, and professional responsibility

Themis Legal Notebook is a research, organization, note-taking, document, and drafting tool. It does not provide legal advice, create an attorney-client relationship, replace professional judgment, or guarantee that any citation, analysis, deadline, filing, or generated output is correct.

You are responsible for reviewing all content and output, protecting confidential or privileged information, following court orders and professional duties, and determining whether the service is appropriate for a matter or jurisdiction.

5. Accounts and user content

You are responsible for your account, credentials, devices, and activity. You retain ownership of content you provide. You grant Potato Studios the limited permission needed to host, process, store, retrieve, and transmit that content to operate features you request.

6. Pre-release testing

Testing builds may contain unfinished features, defects, data resets, compatibility problems, and interruptions. Features shown in testing may change before public release.

7. Prohibited use

You may not use Themis Legal Notebook to break the law, violate confidentiality or intellectual-property rights, access information without authorization, submit malicious content, bypass platform protections, distribute modified copies, or abuse testing, support, purchase, or refund systems.

8. Third-party services

Themis Legal Notebook may rely on Android, Google Play, hosting providers, database providers, payment services, and AI providers. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Potato Studios does not control their models, output, availability, data practices, decisions, or platform rules.

9. No warranty

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Themis Legal Notebook is provided "as is" and "as available." Potato Studios does not guarantee that stored content, citations, drafts, generated output, accounts, subscriptions, or third-party services will be accurate, complete, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potato Studios Development LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost data, revenue, or opportunities; missed deadlines; professional or legal harm; reliance on generated output; or third-party platform decisions.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Themis Legal Notebook changes. We will update the effective date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
