Delete Your Themis Account
Android users can request deletion of a Themis Legal Notebook account by contacting Potato Studios support.
Send the request from the email address associated with your Themis account so we can verify and process it.
How to Request Account Deletion
- Email [email protected] with the subject line Themis Account Deletion Request.
- Include the email address connected to your Themis account.
- Tell us that you want your Themis account and associated account data deleted.
- Wait for confirmation from support. We may ask for additional information if we need to verify ownership of the account.
What Happens Next
After we verify your request, we will delete or anonymize account-linked data associated with your Themis account, subject to legal, security, backup, fraud-prevention, and operational retention requirements.
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel any app-store subscription. If you have an active subscription, manage cancellation through the store or account where the subscription was purchased.
