Kind Cue Android Terms of Service

These terms apply to the Kind Cue Android app, including Google Play pre-release builds, paid unlocks, subscriptions, and app-based features.
1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using the Kind Cue Android app, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Google Play and Paid Features
The Kind Cue Android app may offer paid unlocks, subscriptions, or other paid content through Google Play. Google Play handles purchase processing, renewal, cancellation, refund requests, taxes, and payment credentials under Google's terms and account settings.
Potato Studios does not receive your full payment card number from the Kind Cue Android app. Paid access may be tied to the Google account, device, or purchase status reported by Google Play.
3. License
Potato Studios grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Kind Cue Android app on Android devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Google Play rules.
4. Reminders and Communication Responsibility
Kind Cue is designed for relationship check-ins, reminder prompts, and ready-to-send messages. You are responsible for deciding what to send, when to send it, and whether a reminder is appropriate for the person or situation.
5. Permissions and Device Behavior
Kind Cue may depend on Android permissions and settings you choose to enable, including notifications, contacts, alarms, reminders, and related system features. Some behavior may vary by Android version, manufacturer, launcher, battery settings, or system restrictions.
You are responsible for deciding which permissions to enable and for using the App in a lawful, safe, and appropriate way.
6. Pre-Release Testing
Pre-release versions may contain bugs, missing features, incomplete purchase behavior, or design changes. Features, pricing, and availability may change before or after public release.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Kind Cue Android app to harass, spam, impersonate, manipulate, threaten, or repeatedly contact people who do not want to be contacted.
You may not use the app to break the law, evade payment, bypass Android or Google Play protections, reverse engineer the app except where law allows it, distribute modified copies, or abuse support, refund, or testing systems.
8. Third-Party Services
Kind Cue may rely on Android, Google Play, device manufacturers, mobile carriers, messaging apps, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Potato Studios does not control their decisions, outages, data practices, or platform rules.
9. No Warranty
The Kind Cue Android app is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Potato Studios does not guarantee that reminders, notifications, alarms, message drafts, or app features will be uninterrupted, error-free, timely, or available forever.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potato Studios Development LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost revenue, missed reminders, missed messages, relationship outcomes, app interruptions, or third-party platform decisions.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date above will show when they were last updated. Continued use of the Kind Cue Android app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
