Dynamic Island Terms of Service

These terms apply to Dynamic Island for Android, including Google Play pre-release builds, paid unlocks, subscriptions, and related support.
1. Acceptance
By installing, accessing, or using Dynamic Island, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Google Play and Paid Features
Dynamic Island may offer paid unlocks, subscriptions, or other paid content through Google Play. Google Play handles purchase processing, renewal, cancellation, refund requests, taxes, and payment credentials under Google's terms and account settings.
Potato Studios does not receive your full payment card number from Dynamic Island. Paid access may be tied to the Google account, device, or purchase status reported by Google Play.
3. License
Potato Studios grants you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use Dynamic Island on Android devices you own or control, subject to these terms and Google Play rules.
4. Permissions and Device Behavior
Dynamic Island depends on Android permissions and settings you choose to enable, including notification access, accessibility access, contacts, phone, location, media, and widget-related features. Some features may vary by Android version, launcher, manufacturer, device shape, or system restrictions.
You are responsible for deciding which permissions to enable and for using the App in a lawful, safe, and appropriate way.
5. Pre-Release Testing
Pre-release versions may contain bugs, missing features, incomplete purchase behavior, or design changes. Features, pricing, and availability may change before or after public release.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use Dynamic Island to break the law, interfere with another person's device or account, bypass Android or Google Play protections, reverse engineer the App except where law allows it, distribute modified copies, or abuse support, refund, or testing systems.
7. Third-Party Services
Dynamic Island may rely on Android, Google Play, weather providers, device manufacturers, mobile carriers, and other third-party services. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies, and Potato Studios does not control their decisions, outages, data practices, or platform rules.
8. No Warranty
Dynamic Island is provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. Potato Studios does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every Android device, or available forever.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Potato Studios Development LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost revenue, device issues, missed notifications, app interruptions, or third-party platform decisions.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date above will show when they were last updated. Continued use of Dynamic Island after changes means you accept the updated terms.
